Sir Mark Havelock-Allan QC 20 Essex Street London

Mr. Mark Havelock-Allan retired in May 2017 from being the Mercantile Judge on the Western Circuit and also judge in charge of the Bristol Technology and Construction Court. He specialised as a barrister in all aspects of international trade, in particular in cases involving carriage by sea and by road, shipbuilding, the international sale of goods, commodity trading, the Lloyd’s of London insurance market and arbitration law and practice.

Mr. George Bermann is an American lawyer, arbitrator and member of the faculty of Columbia Law School, where he directs the Center for International Commercial and Investment Arbitration Law and holds both the Walter Gellhorn Professorship of Law and the Jean Monnet Professorship of European Union Law.

Mr. Michael Hwang, SC, is a barrister and arbitrator in Singapore. Mr. Ian Gaunt President, The London Maritime Arbitrators Association

Mr. Ian Gaunt has been President of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association since 2017. Mr. Gaunt is a graduate of Cambridge University, a Barrister (non-practising) and full time professional arbitrator in maritime and commercial cases. He is a member of the Baltic Exchange, a member of the Board of Maritime London and a member of the arbitration panels of China Maritime Arbitration Commission, Shanghai Arbitration Commission and Shanghai International Shipping Institute. From 1999 to 2008 he was Senior Vice President-International of Carnival Corporation the world’s leading cruise shipping company and responsible to the Chief Executive for contracting and implementation of the group’s large-scale shipbuilding programme.

The Honourable Wayne Martin AC QC was Chief Justice of Western Australia between 2006 and his retirement from the bench in July 2018. Prior to his appointment he practised at the Western Australian Bar in the field of commercial litigation. He has over 40 Years of experience in Dispute Resolution.






Mr. Salim Moollan QC

Salim Moollan has been in private practice as a barrister since 1998, specialising in international and commercial law, and in particular international and commercial arbitration. He is a past Chairman of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the current Chairman of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Working Group and a current Vice-Chairman of the Commission, a Vice-President of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC, a member of the LCIA Court and a Senior Visiting Lecturer in International Arbitration Law at King’s College London.

Hon’ble Justice A. K. Sikri Former Justice of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sikri is an eminent jurist and a former judge of the Supreme Court of India. He was sworn in as a Supreme Court judge on 12 April 2013. Earlier, he had served as the Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court. He retired as senior most puisne judge of Supreme Court of India on 6 March 2019. He was enrolled as an advocate in 1977 and had specialization in constitutional cases, labour - service matters and arbitration matters.
